the preamble for incoming messages is way too long. listing phone # and name of each message takes a lot of time. Can it be turned off?

I haven't found a way to turn it off, but I simply press '1' and '1' again to go right to the message.

Hello, try searching inside your voice mail's personal options, got can access this when calling your voice mail but instead of going into your messages, you'll be directed to the main menu. Listen at the different options and try finding the service that you wish to turn off. I never tried it actually so let us know if you were able to do it.
