My sister bought a new Samsung galaxy s7 edge last weekend, it's very cool to play game, take photos underwater, however, my sister set a screen lock on his S7 edge, how can I remove its screen lock from my sister's Samsung phone without losing data? Please help!!!

I would suggest that since it is your sister's phone & she put the screen lock on the phone, that she would be the best person to ask about removing it if she so chooses.

Did you sign in Android Device Manager or Samsung Find My Phone service? If not, then you can use Mobiledic Android Password Removal. I tested it on my Galaxy S6 and works great. Here is the tutorial to reset Galaxy S7 screen password. Hope this helps.

I did but not works, i don't wanna reset my phone to factory due to there are many important files in it.  is there any way that can help remove the screen lock on Galaxy s7 without factory reset ?

PS: I've already removed the screen lock on my samsung s7 with Mobiledic, it works but not free.

A SIM Lock is a whole other issue than you have previously described.  Are you being asked for a PUK code?

PUK codes are only available by contacting Telus directly.
