Just Moved In

We were stuck in Mexico and told to get home before our scheduled flight.  So with poor wifi and phone lines being almost impossible to get through for several days, i did get eventually through at 3 am and put on hold for an extended time. which adds up dramatically  does this not fit that narrative or policy?
