I have the gs3 and cant run flash because adobe decided to cancel it. I do everything off of my phone and when i eant to watch on demand items from my cable provider over the net i cant. There had been other 'flash' alternatives but they do not run anything. What can telus do about this?

To clarify...

  • it's not just the GS3 that has lost flash, it's many mobile products including my Samsung Tablet.
  • many websites now provide "Apps" to get around the the flash problem (ie YouTube, CNN, GlobalTV)
  • I'm finding Ultrabooks more popular because you can still get flash, but the device is smaller than a regular laptop.  You can look at Windows products for flash support, but you need to test it. I wasn't impressed with flash support on my fav media sites when the Surface products came out.  I heard they improved, but I still found problems on occassional sites.

Telus is just the pipe to provide the data from the sites you select to your phone. You should ask the sites you visit why they are not providing content in a form which can be displayed on your device, as there are options they can implement to reach a wider audience.
