I am looking at getting an unlocked iPhone 7. I want to know if I can just continue using my current plan I have for the 4s? Or does Telus make you change your plan?

Yes. Normally you can switch it online on your Telus mobility account. If you have problems call Telus and give them the new number off the nano SIM and they can switch things over. Once the switch is initiated it is very quick, or at least was the last time I did it. 🙂 You'll have to grab a nano SIM from one of the Telus stores.

You only have to change your plan if you get the phone from Telus. All you will likely need is a new SIM card that'll fit the iPhone 7 if you're buying it unlocked from Apple directly.

I am assuming they just transfer my ph number over to the new SIM card?

Yeap! But you may want to back up your contacts, photos, etc ahead of time through icloud/itunes as that is not associated with your sim card. That way when your phone arrives it's a simple process for you.
