Trade-in Shipping Label

Just Moved In

I purchased a new iPhone on Boxing Day through the Trade-In program. I've received the new device already, but my order is still being processed, so I've never received the prepaid shipping label. I've called Customer Service soooooo many times that I can't even remember how many. IN ALL my attempts, I had to wait for almost 2 hours to talk to someone; I've also tried to chat with a "live agent", but I could never get through the stupid and useless bot. 
The last time I talked to someone, I was told that I would receive the shipping label shortly, which, OF COURSE, never happened; I was also advised by that same Customer Care person that the "easiest" way to solve this problem was at a Telus Store, that I could easily do all the trade-in process at any Telus Store. Guess what... It is NOT true! 
I want this solved and not a single soul can help me at Telus or, at least understand how to solve this issue.
Oh, by the way, the callback service on the Telus app doesn't work either. 
I have no words to express my frustration at this point.
