Telus iCloud folder

Just joined Telus and I see Telus created a folder in iCloud. What the hell is it? Can I delete the folder

I don't see anything that relates to a Telus folder in icloud. The only thing I see is under Files that I have downloaded Telus bills. That's all.

That is placed there by Apple if you have created an AppleID.
