How come I can't log into my telus app? It keeps telling me "internal server- please try again later"

Hi, first, are you able to log online to your telusmobilti.com account? Next, in order to help you, I will need to know which type of device you're using. were you able to do it before? Some accounts, like business or corporate cannot use the application to view their usage.
