Hello I pre-ordered an iPhone 16 and I received notification that it was shipped out. Now I am getting a message stating my order is put on hold.
Why is that? Does this mean I will not receive my iPhone at all? Has anyone encountered this difficulty before? I am very unhappy with Telus and the service I am receiving. ☹️

This can sometimes happen when Telus receives a smaller shipment of devices than they were expecting. Your order will ship as soon as there is stock available tongulgill your order unless the order was placed on hold for another reason. Customer Care should be able to provide an update on your order and tell you why your order has yet to be fulfilled.
