Best thing would be to contact 1-866-558-2273 so they could look into account-specific details with you.

Welcome to the forum-Forsche: You've to add more info, about the No service problem. I guess you've, either an iphone or Samsung.Ph. Common reason is that users by mistake, switch from Normal screen mood to "Flight mood" Check on settings, tap  >More.network >make sure no mark in 'Flight.mood' if there's unchecked. Turn off Ph+re-start it.

 

If service doesn't ge to normal, contact (Telus tech support) or do a search on 'Google' enter; How to fix no service error

on iphone or Samsung.Phs +hit 'Enter' view websites shown, that apply at your issue n' go from there.  <Bye>  "v9"
