My suggestion is that if you are under your monthly data usage that the remaining get rolled over to the next month...you have already paid for it !!

Hmm.... great idea. If not the full amount, having 10% or 50% would be appreciated.
Right now, I noticed my Prepaid Telus mobility phone allows me to carry a balance month to month which I can use to purchase a new device.

If Telus charges for going over your data usage, they should credit you any data you don't use.
