I have a new LG G5, our company Voice mail program sends an email with a wav attachment whenever a Voice mail is left on our office phones. My new G5 receives the email but the attachment is not sent. We have approximately 90 phones, some Android, some Apple and some Black berry and mine is the only one that won't receive the attachment. FYI I switched from a Black Berry and never had this issue. I have spoken to Telus, my land phone provider and my IT company and each says it is not their issue. Looking for any help please.
