How to unlock iphone 6s?

Hi 2 years ago i boguht a iphone 6s from a person and he bought phone from canada telus. My iphone is unlocked i used 2 years then i decide to sell my phone then i reset all settings and data then restart my phone but when i insert my simcard, phone said UNSUPPORTED SIM CARD then i ask apple in my country but they said you need to ask telus. Please help how can i unlock my phone 😞

What more could you want for a solution?  The link posted in this thread is very straight forward.  You can either request the unlock through  your account or by calling in.  The only other way is to go to one of the many cell unlocking sites online and pay to have it unlocked.
