I own the P20 & Pro hearing months ago a release sometime in March. A recent read article stated "Huawei customer support said it will be significantly delayed", this supposedly was announce prior the the covid-19 pandemic assuming since things have worsened then it'll be even further delayed. Also seen mention of a May release?
I inquired about EMUI 10 for P20 Series on March 7th, contacted Huawei Mobile Canada via Twitter receiving this reply...
"We appreciate your interest and support for our products. At present, we do not have further details regarding your inquiry. We kindly suggest you stay tuned to our official media channels for news and announcements on this matter."
So as you can see there's no definitive answer as to when we'll get it, if we do at all.
Personally... Considering I felt my P20 Series devices have always lacked in the update department (security/system), its nearing the two year mark since release, I have little hope it'll adorn my devices.

No surprise really.
It's still one of the better phones I have purchased IMO.
I have almost a year remaining in my "contract", so I will preservere.
The next phone I get, I will do a bit more research and purchase outright.
