I'm losing my mind. I can't get any support from TELUS because the consumer mobility side keeps telling me I need to talk to the Business side, as I just signed up for an EPP plan from Shopify, and the Business side keeps telling me I need to talk to the Consumer Mobility side because I'm a "corporate consumer".
This is infuriating. I've spent an hour being transferred back and forth and being put on hold. The TELUS support team seems absolutely useless, constantly pointing fingers at one another.
I'm a brand new customer who realized the charges on my first bill don't match what was negotiated with the EPP Sales Rep. I'm considering cancelling entirely as this has been a freaking nightmare.

Have you called the organization you signed up with? When I had EPP, all transactions occurred through the EPP supplier contracted through my employer.
