Saturday
I received a new device in mid-December and need to return my old device via the Bring it Back program. I spoke to an agent in Dec 12 who stated that normally it’s a 30 day window but given the Canada Post strike at the time I would have at least 60 days. I was headed on vacation and came back to a busy period at work so was waiting until this weekend to return it. This morning I got a text from Telus that it is no longer eligible to return and I would be charged the Bring it Back amount. I called Telus and spent 2 hours on the phone and now basically I have to do a trade it but won’t get the full Bring it Back amount. They didn’t care at all that the Dec 12 agent told me I had 60 days. Anyone else in the same situation?
yesterday
on the line with customer service for 2hours!!! about this bring it back service. It's a ********** show. The charges to my account (again) after having been paid back in OCT. So very frustrated and at end of my rope with this company.
