Good day, I have a Google Pixel mobile phone. I've had it for about a year and a half. As of this week it doesn't want to charge more than ~14% and it doesn't want to hold a charge for very long. It also gets hot really quick when charging. I went to the Telus store and was told to contact a third party for my extended protection to submit a claim at www.ausurion.com. When I do this I get a webpage with links that go to ads, not what I want. Has someone contacted this third party about their extended protection before? Have I misspelled this web address? Thanks.
