I want to change my internet plan, but when I go to my [telus] and click on [internet], the page does not appear. I have been trying for 3 days now and no matter how many times I try, the page does not appear. I understand the change procedure. It's not that I don't know how to do it, it's just that the page to change plans appears only for a moment and then switches to another page. please let us know how to deal with it.

It's not just you. I just tried it and had the same results. Seems to be an issue on Telus' end. Hopefully it will be rectified soon.
