Telus agent cheated me

I took over the contract from the person moving out and I have confirmation email from Telus , confirming that my invoice will be $91.89 + taxes for the remain 1 year and then after it will be month to month bases  and ask to remove home phone from the deal, which will bring my invoice lower.

But when receive my first bill it $122.39 + taxes.

I see that there 2 contract first is correct but the second has somehow got me 2 years contract, which I never asked for.

I have asked to remove the home phone from my contract but somehow it on the deal.

This is not right and I would consider it as a cheating and I want this to corrected immediately and credit me back.

I hope I will receive response soon,
