Setting up Optik TV with Alexa

I was able to get Telus Home Assistant on Alexa and all.....linked my account......but for the life of me could NOT discover any of the Optik TV Devices on Alexa. 

I have two Optik TV devices at home and either of them are discoverable. 

Anyone have any pointers?

I have the same problem. Have been trying for days without success. Does anyone have an answer.
