Hi, I'm curious how to find out what channel my router uses?

Most routers default to 'auto' by default. If you haven't changed the settings that's most likely the configuration. The channels used will depend on what your router determines is the 'best'. Most routers have the option to manually configure specific channels.

Log into your router 192.168.1.254, there is a decal on the side of the modem with your user name and password. Once logged in see the image below.

 

Click on Wireless Setup>Advanced Settings
