Ever since I switched my copper phone line to Optik Home Phone, the phone line connected to my home security monitor keeps dropping signal once a while, which will trigger the phone line or monitor communication error code. Has anyone experienced that? And do I have to switch my phone line to use copper? I never had this problem on the copper phone line. Thanks.

Talk to your security system supplier. Older tech required copper, but the newer will work happily on fibre.
