Called 3 times, wait almost an hour each time. When finally got through, agent acknowledged billing issue due to "back end office system enhancement", assured me she would follow up. Sent a couple of follow up request emails, issued not resolved, and agent no longer responding, and no way to reply to system generated follow up emails.
Sent email to customer relations team to follow up, and a week later, not even acknowledgement.
