I bought a new apartment in west Coquitlam. Although the unit has installed a Telus Box and indicated that
"Your home is TELUS QuickConnect Enabled and already connected to the TELUS PureFibre Network.", the
customer service said that unit is not available for Telus Fiber nor Copper. I also found that some of my neighbors
int the same building has available Telus Fiber service and some has not by checking the website https://order.fibre.telus.com/digital/select. Under this situation, what I can do?
