Carlabell is excellent at their job and should be promoted (TELUS AGENT WHO UNDERSTOOD MY CONCERN)! When I signed up initially for my new internet plan, I had asked if I needed my older services canceled prior to installation. They agent had said no. I got my new equipment in the mail and went to set everything up and I couldn't set it up because my account hadn't been activated cause the old account needed to be cancelled first ! I knew this would happen and now I don't have any services until it's fixed in the back end. It's also such a pain because Telus tried to offer even cheaper services to my sister and prevent cancellation and it made me made because it was an even better deal then the new one I signed up for. Now I just want my internet up and running and I hope they don't bill me anything unfair.
We had to cancel our home phone because a Telus agent when they installed our internet they messed up our phone line so someone had to come in and fixed it and they charged my father 200 dollars even though it was their fault to begin with !. my father ended up never paying the bill and it went to collections but it makes me sad because we lost our home phone and it can never be activated unless that unfair bill was paid. why can't anything just be easy with telus?

I've thought about getting my home line running again since I miss our home phone number. But recently I just added long distance calling to my mobile phone plan. It would be nice to just transfer our home phone to one of our mobiles but I don't think I can transfer the number unless the bill was paid
