Just got back from vacation and was messaging/posting here while I was away. I see that my home land line has been activated and the correct phone number shows up on the Telus app and also when I make a call to it from my cell phone. Now that I am home, I realize there still isn’t any dial tone in the house. I need this fixed. I started dealing with this two weeks ago! This also means my home alarm system isn’t being monitored because i don’t have cellular backup - it uses a land line. First off, I would like to get the home land line working. Secondly, I would like to cancel my home security thru Telus but I cannot get thru to them. I’m paying for things which are not functioning.
