Internet disconnects EXACTLY every 2 minutes for about 5 seconds at a time

Pretty much the title. Does anyone know why this is happening?

What service so you have?
How are you detecting the disconnects, on what devices?
How are those devices connected?
Had it always been this way it did it just start?
