I use the Telus voice-mail system on my landline. One of the features of that service is that I get sent an email when a voice-mail is left. This worked well up until the transfer to Gmail.
Now when I receive a voice-mail Telus, as normally done in the past, sends an email to my xxx@telus.net account. However Gmail, in it's wisdom, shunts the Telus message to SPAM. My attempts to teach Gmail of the errors in it's ways have, so far, failed.
The sending address is: vm.telus.com
Perhaps it is just Karma ... but if there's a "work around" or it could be fixed that would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Rick

Have a look at this article:
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-whitelist-a-sender-or-domain-in-gmail-1172106
The key step is #4
A dialog box appears. In the From field, type the email address you want to allow. Be sure to type the full email address, like example@yahoo.com. To allow every email address from a particular domain, type just that domain name, like @yahoo.com.

You MAY be able to filter with a sender of the form @domain.com
I haven't tried this but there isn't really any wildcard support for filters in gmail.

Created a filter for email with title voicemail and specified to never send to spam.
Thanks again.
