Foreign exchange adj

Hi.
Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this but I just received my internet bill and it has a $250 charge for foreign exchange adjustment.
Does anyone have any idea what this is?

I have never heard of that. Why would there be foreign exchange for home Internet? TELUS only has home Internet in Canada.

Exactly. I'm going to call them but the wait time is pretty long so figured I'd ask here first
