Webstore exchanges
I have emailed the Webstore Team to exchange my recent purchase as I do not like this phone. They took over a week and I still don’t have a link to webstore.

- I ordered it as August 25. I have been waiting for the webstore only to find out they cannot help me as I want an iPhone in exchange. I am on the 24 month plan
- When was it delivered to you? Anything beyond 14 days of the device being delivered or purchased in a store is beyond the return window.
- Returns need to be made within 14 days of the original purchase date or confirmed as shipped within 14 days of it being delivered. If you are outside of that return window, a return is not possible.
