TELUS as a foreign student/traveller with international credit card
My daughter is going to be a student in Canada for 6 months and I'm accompanying her for one months. We each need prepaid plans and a SIM card and we only have a VISA credit card issued by a German bank. What can we do to pay for the service? Thank you for any idea...

- Does this mean I cannot activate my prepaid sim card online as an international student without a canada billing address?
