Why isn't there an easy SA renewal offer page? Why do I need to call in to renew my expiring SA? I really don't want to talk the front line agents. I don't want to have to file a CRTC and or CCTS complaint in order to get SA renewed. I also don't believe its in TELUS's best interest to force legacy clients to pay more for their services then current client renewal offers. Why would I want to pay $135.00 / month (1 GB HSIA) and on top of that pay an additional 20.00 for Unlimited data if I want to renew my SA? After all current month to month customers can switch to a two year SA which includes 1GB HSIA and unlimited data at $135.00 / month. Why would I want to pay and extra $20.00?

Hi @James045 - You can renew your service agreement by going Here. Since you want more than the regular offer, we do need to check what is available for your account. We will send you a message
