@Rualan We are customers only on this site. You have to contact telus yourself. Any changes i have made to my services i get them to send hard copy email before i sign on to new stuff. Just to make my mind up on price.
Often legacy plans no longer exist in the system, as they have been Grandfathered. Thus there is no means for staff to select them once you have changed. If you have a legacy plan that meets your needs, it is almost always best to keep it, as all discounts are based on current pricing.
