Admin password not working on B21a

Hi, we recently had Telus fibre internet installed by a Telus installer and it consisted of a fibre modem and a B21a booster hub. After he left I followed the instructions on the Telus Connect app for self install, skipping the installation setup as it was already done, and it then asked me to scan the QR code on the hub. When I did this it opened a log in prompt with user “Admin” and the password field filled in, but it said wrong user or password. I tried typing the Admin password given on the hub with the same result, any ideas suggestions would be welcome.

OK, figured it out. The Connect App doesn’t work for the B21a, it was assuming the QR code was on a device with IP address 192.168.1.254. Which is the IP address of the Fibre Modem.
