I am paying for World Long Distance service and this is no longer available.  But Telus does not tell me what is included.  Searches bring up zero.  There is no way online to get access to what I'm paying for.  How about when someone purchases a product you have a link to what is included in that service.  Or have the information in a library accessible by the search bar.  Hiding it is not ethical in my opinion.  It is confusing to those who bought the service from you.

@Whirly  If you bring up your account on line it will show you what you are paying for..
