Hello,
I am moving apartment and I am unable to transfer my Telus PureFibre to the new location as it is not available there.
It has come as a surprise to me that Telus are unable to provide this service I am paying for anymore, but I still have to pay a cancellation/termination fee for both the PureFibre and TV services.
I was offered a small discount to take internet at 10% of the speed. I understand that it is part of the contract but, in my opinion, if the service can no longer be provided, it should be expected that a consumer can leave free of charge. Other companies are able to provide fibre services in the area so it is disappointing that Telus cannot, as I have usually had excellent service from Telus in general.
Any advice or help on this would be appreciated.
