So today the techs came in and swapped my residential 1gig for business 3gig but now i technically have 2 services and i cant link the business account in the mytelus app i would like to cancel my residential services now and then link the business account in the app

This is a guess, but I expect business accounts can’t be managed through MyTelus, as it is meant for residential customers.
