Fibre Optik Failure??
It's been two days and tech support can't do anything. Apparently it won't be fixed for at least a week. The only tech in the area is on vacation and in the meantime, we can't take credit cards or debit cards during a pandemic. Ummm ... WHAT the heck is going on?!?

At the shop we have a backup square reader that we can use for any extended issue if the internet goes down.

Don't you have to be set up already with Square? Or are you saying that you set up with them for just such an emergency?

Thanks! Haven't looked into that but will investigate for future. Looks like some tweeting got action and we have a real life technician on site now so hopefully we'll be back up today
