Is this what a professional fibre optik install should look like?

    I hope the installer that did the original install received some feedback. A hack job like that is not good for TELUS or the customer.

      Thanks, another crew came out and made it look a bit better. I also got some credit off my bill. Too bad about the extra screw. But what can you do..
