Unexpected Extra Cost of Security System
I recently had a security system installed which I was assured would only cost me $42/mth. That all the equipment would be free as long as I completed the minimum term of 3 years.
I have since had 2 bills now, each for $90 (they include $42/mth for HST?)
I'm furious at the misleading conversation I had with one of your sales team (which I have copied online) and contradict the bill completely

Gotcha - Sorry for the surprise bill though
I've just noticed "Sales tax law requires TELUS to collect taxes on the full amount of the purchase with the first installment. These charges will not appear on subsequent bills."
