SmartHome app - No push notifications while enabled
Since I installed my new phone I'm having troubles with the notifications. I DO get 'Action by Any User' push notifications. I really want the 'Unexpected Activity' notifications back. - Everything...
- 2 years agoI called them and the agent fixed it!
It's the setting Video - Settings - Recording rules - Front Camera edit (pencil) - Analytics Rule. Scroll down to 'push notifications' and enable the right phone.

2 years agoThat's definitely odd, especially since you've tried reinstalling the app. Your best bet may be to reach out to our SmartHome team directly at 1-855-255-8828 so they can investigate further!
