Smart garage door opening doesn’t set off alarm
So I noticed this by mistake, but my garage door is connected to my Telus security app and so I just assumed it was connected to my security alarm. Well, apparently it’s not. I can open the garage door when the alarm is on and nothing happens. No countdown, no alarm going off, nothing.
is this normal? Or is it supposed to be connected? If it’s supposed to be connected, how do I fix this?
