Community ManagerHey Davinder_Singh I would remove the camera from your setup and re-add it if you are having those issues. If that doesn't fix the issue, then please call our technical support team.
I have tried this - Telus has sent me a new doorbell camera and it still is facing the same issue.
I have been look at solutions and other forums and people discussing the same issue about the manufacturer - looks like over time it just burns out the wires inside the wall, causing a potential fire hazard.
I have disconnected it, because there is 0 help coming from Telus about this issue.
