Noise problem at Telus building - 826 Yates St

I am still trying to work with the city on this. This Telus platform is of zero help.
Do you feel this noise is still affecting your ability to live with some level of peace in your home?
Annex Yes, the lack of response from TELUS_Support over the last 3 months is pretty bad. We were told "a couple months" back in July - it's now been 5 months and still not fixed and yes, even with the windows closed, I can still hear the noise.
Having said that, I have seen workers out on the rooftop there pretty much every day for more than 2 weeks now working on the HVAC equipment. So it seems like they're at least making some progress. Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.

Noise blankets were applied to the compressors at the property as of September 20th to reduce the noise level. Since that time, there's been less need for cooling in the colder weather. Our team continues to monitor this situation and we'll advise of updates as we get them.
