Noise problem at Telus building - 826 Yates St

Glad to hear that the noise is better. We did ask for an update on the timeline so I am waiting on that but once I know more I will definitely let you know!

    Hi Deekay3884,

    thank you for bring this back on the burner and thank you El-Eric for the response.

    I have noticed that the sound is a bit more muffled but it is definitely still causing disruption. The by-law office has indicated that this concern filed months ago is now 4th in line for investigation. Looking forward to this resolving amicably soon.

        Good morning,

        am quite certain whatever damper was added to the HVAC system is no longer functioning. After recording a sound clip and comparing it to an earlier sound clip months ago, they are the same frequency and pitch. 

        Can someone please reach out the the building manager for an update on this pending repair - Please.
