Noise problem at Telus building - 826 Yates St

Hi there, I'm checking in again....
5 weeks ago you told us: "We've been advised from the area manager that his team is looking in to it, and they'll work on having the sound diminished asap."
Since then we have not been provided with any plan as to how or when the sound will be diminished. All we have been provided with is an estimate on the full resolution timeline. We were expecting the sound diminishing to happen fairly soon, while they work on the full resolution, so the lack of any update regarding the sound is concerning. We're all trying to be patient but it's really taking its toll on many residents.
I'd like to request that the sound diminishing process be escalated as it's been impacting hundreds of people (7 apartment buildings) in the 1 block radius for many months now and no progress seems to be happening on it thus far besides "we're looking into it". What is the process for escalation if we're not satisfied with the current outcome / progress? Who gets involved next?
TELUS_Support Hi again, I'm following up on this as it's been a week since I posted the message above and 2 weeks since we last heard from anyone at Telus about this issue.
