Is 844-518-7852 a valid Telus Customer service phone number?
I can't find that number associated with Telus. Did you receive a call from that number?
There are several different phone numbers for customer service for home security, as shown on the Telus website. I don't see any that match the number you posted. You're best bet for reaching Telus is to call one of the official numbers listed on the website.
