Panel lost Cell, wifi back did not work.

Has anyone had the issue where cell died, just says carrier unknown, and zero bars.  Wifi connected, but dual path was not enabled.  Telus tech had me activate alarm but call centre never recieved it.  Eventually we figured out how to turn on dual path.  Now system only partially working, and commands/events are 5 to 15 min delayed on App, App can sometimes unlock doors but can't arm or disarm system.  It is like it just stops communicating all together. I'm in first 30 days so installer coming tomorrow. Just curious if this is an anomaly are what to expect?  My previous vivint was flawless for over 10 years.

    That does seem strange. Have you checked to ensure the Wi Fi connection is stable and strong where the panel is located? And are there any  pending firmware updates for your system and app? It's good that the tech is going to inspect and curious what they will find as this is definitely not how it should be functioning.

      Wifi single is great >300MB, full bars/strength,  The dual path check fails about 70% of the time on Shaw/Rogers Wifi.   Not overly reliable, my Vivint had no issue for over 10 years on Shaw Wifi.
      Panel was replaced, Cell signal is back but dual path still not reliable.
