Panel lost Cell, wifi back did not work.
Has anyone had the issue where cell died, just says carrier unknown, and zero bars. Wifi connected, but dual path was not enabled. Telus tech had me activate alarm but call centre never recieved it...

5 hours agoThat does seem strange. Have you checked to ensure the Wi Fi connection is stable and strong where the panel is located? And are there any pending firmware updates for your system and app? It's good that the tech is going to inspect and curious what they will find as this is definitely not how it should be functioning.
