Monitored system not working for months - Telus refuses refund
Telus is the epitome of a horrible company.
security panel randomly failed months ago. When it came back on unbeknownst to me none of the sensors were connected.
For the past 3 months I was under the impression it was working and it was not. Despite monitored services no one called me to advise. When I asked them to fix it they have no technicians available for months. They did not refund any fees. When I told them to cancel they told me I would need to pay and have had me on hold for hours.
this is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. If they refuse to refund I will sue.
